1. Booking and deposit
All studio bookings require a non-refundable advance deposit of 50% of the total session value to secure the slot. A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session once, free of charge, if you tell us in writing (for example on WhatsApp) at least 48 hours before the session starts.
Requests made within 48 hours of the session incur an administrative fee of ₹1,000, to cover the room time we can no longer offer to someone else.
3. Late arrival and no-shows
If you or your guests do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start without letting us know, the session is treated as forfeited.
Late arrivals are not compensated with extra studio time. If the following slot is free, the session can be extended at the standard hourly rate.
4. Files and deliverables
Raw recordings are included in the hourly rate on every package. Edited deliverables on the Cinematic flagship package are delivered within 24–48 hours of the session.
